Splatters Matters is run by Major Bashing. It is a small establishment where you go to ‘enjoy yourself’ and take matters ‘in hand’. The place of full of evidence of previous enjoyment. The Major encourages you to make as much mess as possible and all visitors are ‘well-cum’.

They’re only going to get in the way.
3. If you make a mess, don’t expect anyone to clean it up.
That’s practically the house speciality.
4. Every splatter matters.
No evidence is insignificant.
5. Do not ask what the stains are.
Nobody knows. Nobody wants to know.
6. The proprietor is not responsible for missing dignity.
7. Enjoy yourself.
